Our History
Peter Winn & Paul Croucher established Winn Croucher Partners Pty Ltd in 1992 to provide tax, audit and accounting services to small to medium sized businesses and private investors.
Peter graduated with a Bachelor of Economics Degree (specialising in accounting) from The Australian National University in 1982. He joined Peat Marwick Mitchell (now KPMG) where he worked for four years in the audit field and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984.
Peter commenced practice at North Sydney in 1986, obtaining further qualifications as a Registered Tax Agent, Registered ASIC agent and Registered Auditor. Also a Justice of the Peace for the State of New South Wales, Peter specialises in tax, accounting and structural advice to a wide variety of small business and private investor clients.
Peter is married with two children and his interests include golf, cricket and investments.
Paul graduated in 1983 with a Bachelor of Economics Degree (specialising in accounting) from Sydney University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. He has been in practice for over 27 years, including 7 years at KPMG in Australia and the UK working in audit and consultancy services.
Paul joined Peter in another practice in 1990 before they established Winn Croucher Partners in 1992. He specializes in accounting and tax services for small to medium size businesses and private investors. Paul is also experienced in audit, business structures, superannuation, business sales & acquisitions, valuations and financial advice.
Paul is married with two children and plays football and golf.
Kevin was appointed as a Director in 2012 after 11 years working at Winn Croucher Partners Pty Ltd. He graduated from UTS in 2001 with a combined degree in Business (Accounting and Tourism) and Arts in International Studies (Chinese Language and Culture). Since then, he has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountants program and Master of Applied Taxation at UNSW. He has been qualified as a Chartered Accountant since 2006 and recently qualified as a CA SMSF Specialist in December 2010. He has recently completed a Chartered Accountants Financial planning qualified pathway and has now been awarded the Diploma in Financial Planning. Kevin has brought a wealth of experience and technical accounting and taxation knowledge to our firm whilst also becoming an expert in the fields of superannuation and structural advice.
Kevin is married with two children and likes swimming, martial arts, travelling and Toastmasters.
Our Approach
Our focus is directed to meet the needs of our clients, providing timely and innovative services.
Firstly we help our clients meet their compliance needs, including preparing accounts and tax returns, auditing financial statements and meeting various regulators’ requirements. We aim to complete this work as promptly as possible.
We also take a wholistic approach to our services to assist our business and personal clients maximize the creation and protection of their wealth.
