Melissa Lee CA

Melissa joined Winn Croucher Partners in 2007 after graduating with double degrees from Macquarie University in Applied Finance and Commerce (Accounting). Melissa qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2010. She has developed extensive skills in the fields of audit , tax and accounting. Her particular specialties include advice and assistance to small businesses with their compliance and accounting strategies. Away from the office, she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Linda Ta CA

Linda joined Winn Croucher Partners in 2007 after completing her Bachelor degree in Business and Commerce at the University of Western Sydney. She subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. Linda is an experienced ATO negotiator and tax adviser, carefully guiding clients with tax planning and accounting solutions. In her leisure time, Linda enjoys travelling, aiming to travel at least once a year. She also appreciates spending time with her family and taking care of her adorable nieces and nephew.

Lawrence Bui

Lawrence has been with Winn Croucher Partners since 2006 having completed Business and Science in Information Technology at UTS. He is inspired by creativity and innovation and willing to learn as much as he can in accounting as well as assisting in office administration and troubleshooting. When out of the office, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and appreciates that there's no time like the present.

Phil Tran

Phil joined Winn Croucher in 2018. He completed a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Accounting and finance) at UTS. In his spare time, Phil loves photography, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Tong

Jennifer joined Winn Croucher Partners in July 2016. She has a Master of Accounting from Curtin University of Technology and a Master of Finance from the University of New South Wales. She enjoys gardening, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends in her leisure time.

Zaahir Shameem CA

Zaahir has completed his degree in Business and Commerce in 2016 and commenced work at Winn Croucher Partners Pty Ltd shortly after and is now a Chartered Accountant. During his free time, Zaahir enjoys to spend time with family and friends to make the best of memories with all that are close to him.

Lyn Tran

Lyn started with the Winn Croucher Partners during 2020. Her academic journey has earned her a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Monash University in 2007, followed by completing of her Masters in Accounting in 2012 with over a decade of experience within the accounting domain. Beyond the numbers, Lyn finds solace and joy in her leisurely activities which include exploring new destinations, getting lost in the pages of a good book, and embracing the tranquility of meditative yoga.

Shirley Tang

Shirley joined Winn Croucher Partners in October 2023 and is set to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Business from UTS. In her personal time, Shirley enjoys spending time with friends and family, discovering new cafes, and unwinding with music & games.

Willa Lowardi CA

Willa joined Winn Croucher Partners in 2014 after completing her Commerce Degree (Accounting and Finance) at The University of Sydney in 2013. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. Willa loves spicy food and noodle is her favourite dish. In her leisure, Willa likes watching movies and keeping up with news on future technology.

Nicholas Antala CA

Nicholas graduated with a double degree in Commerce (Accounting) and Science (Mathematics) from Macquarie University in 2015. He joined Winn Croucher Partners in 2017 and attained his qualification as a Chartered Accountant in 2021. Additionally, Nicholas is a registered Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) Auditor and holds a Certificate of Public Practice. In his leisure time, Nicholas enjoys travelling, hiking, playing pickleball, and watching a wide range of sports.

Leo Nguyen

Leo joined Winn Croucher Partners in 2022 after completing his Commerce Degree (Major in Accounting) at Macquarie University in early 2022. Leo loves food; his favourite dishes are Vietnamese Pho and Vietnamese pancake. Leo also loves to travel, planning to travel once a year.

Linda's Team

Regine Ditche

Regine joined the Winn Croucher team in 2024. She began her accounting career in 2018 after graduating from Saint Columban College, Philippines, with a degree in accounting. She is building her experience in Australian accounting and is willing to learn as much as possible about tax compliance and business administration. Regine loves to spend her leisure time with her family and friends, watching movies, travelling together, meeting new people, and exploring new places to eat.

Runa Akter

Runa joined Winn Croucher Partners in 2025 after relocating from London to Sydney to pursue her studies in professional accounting. She is gaining practical experience in accounting and business administration to support her academic journey. Outside work, Runa enjoys traveling, hiking and interior design.

Lee-Keng Yeo

Lee Keng joined the Winn Croucher team as an account administrator in 2024, returning to the workforce after retirement in a casual role. With over 30 years of accounts and business administration expertise, she is a valued mentor of our office administration team. Outside of work, Lee Keng enjoys her semi-retired life in Sydney, spending time with family and friends and participating in line dancing and group walking.
